Although we are as honest and careful as they come, K. Wallace Signature Detail LLC. is not responsible for damaged vehicles due to services provided. K. Wallace Signature Detail LLC. is not responsible for lost or missing items.

Cancellation / Credit Card Hold policy

  • K. Wallace Signature Detail LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to and including the cost of the service for “no-shows”. Cancellation must be provided via phone, text or email.
  • All appointments for services of $80 or more must be held with a down payment of 25%. This down payment will be put toward the final bill once services are completed. *3% will be charged for down payments made with credit card or paypal.
  • Cancellations greater than 48hrs from originally scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations or no shows within 48hrs of originally scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% fee
  • Any cancellation after a change requested by the client will incur a 25% charge regardless of time before the new appointment.
  • Credit card holds will be held using secure software, the deposit amount will be annotated under the clients profile.
  • Clients are free to postpone their appointments with no penalty

Money Back Guarantee

Money back guarantee based on reasonable claims made up to 2 days after service. Claims are subject to managers approval.

Special Restrictions

  • Sales items can only be used for package services, not individual items or retail products.
  • Only sales item can be purchased and redeemed per person.
  • Up to 1 sales item can be purchased as gifts for others.
  • Not valid with other vouchers, certificates, or offers.
  • 24-hour cancellation notice required or your voucher is forfeited.
  • By appointment only.
  • Must make appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  • All coupons must be used in a single visit.

MOBILE SERVICE / PUDO SERVICE DETAILS

Our shine radiates all throughout Brooklyn and Queens! But if you live or work outside of these areas, we will still come to you, however an additional travel charge may be incurred. We will detail your car wherever you are!

Standard prices shown, actual costs depend on vehicle condition. For Mobile Service within Brooklyn or Queens, add $75. For Pick-up/Drop-off service from Brooklyn or Queens, add $60. Ask a sales rep for pricing outside of our service area.

This option is usually available between the months of April to November (weather dependent).

Client may be responsible for tolls incurred on routing between base (11 Sackman St, Brooklyn NY 11233) and the client location.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

All prices given are strictly estimates. Once our specialist properly inspects the vehicle, an actual cost will be given based on the vehicle’s size and condition. If additional charges apply, the client will be notified via email, phone or in person prior to the commencement of work and before payments are processed.

Advertised prices do not include taxes. Taxes are applied to every service regardless of payment, with no exceptions.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of this being a mobile business, inclement weather may cause the postponement of some appointments. In such cases, the client will be notified at least 3hrs ahead of the schedule appointment time via telephone or email to schedule other arrangements.
